Frame Running Clubs in North America

A teenager in a black jacket is using a frame runner to run around a track

Running has long been considered an excellent means of achieving cardiovascular fitness, increase bone mineral density, weight loss and more. It's also a fun recreational and competitive sport that requires little to no equipment, and can be done with friends and family. Yet for individuals with cerebral palsy, especially those who use wheelchairs for mobility, running isn't usually the first thing people think of when they are considering ways to increase health, fitness and participation. Yet, with the help of a Frame Runner, a 3-wheeled "bike" like device, almost everybody can run!

Our friends at Frame Running USA have put together all the tools you need to join a Frame Running Club or start your own club!
