
Individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities have the right to pursue employment of their choosing but often encounter obstacles in obtaining and keeping meaningful employment. And while employers are encouraged, and often required, to provide the necessary accommodations to ensure that their employees with disabilities can perform their duties as expected, for us to create a more equitable society, it is also important to educate employers on the many ways they can help individuals with disabilities reach their full potential through inclusion and representation.
