Sometimes as humans, we are so good at putting up this front, right? Showing up to work every day, showing up to an appointment, going out of your way for friends, and we don't acknowledge our own
feelings. So I think step one in holding any feeling, nonetheless holding more than one, is acknowledging what those feelings are.
