Leah B. Morabito is a partner with the firm concentrating in the area of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianships, and Planning for Individuals with Special Needs. A native of Baltimore, Leah graduated from Loyola University in Baltimore. She received her J.D. from The University of Maryland School of Law. Leah is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Leah was President of the Montgomery County Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association in 2018/2019 and is currently an active member of that organization. She is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, the Montgomery County Estates and Trusts Bar Section, the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Leah’s experience as an estate-planning attorney has resulted in her being requested to speak to many groups including retirement communities, charities, professional groups, and numerous government agencies.
