Caroline is physical therapist assistant, yoga teacher, and mom of 2 precious pitties - Louie and Billie.
I teach yoga and fitness to folks with various disabilities. After working in the hospitality industry for 10 years, I decided I needed a career change. I became a certified yoga teacher in 2016 and when I took a course on Adaptive Yoga and Yoga Therapy I was intrigued and fascinated by the creativity it required.
I started teaching yoga to people with disabilities in 2018 and had so many questions about anatomy, body mechanics, and pathology so I went back to school and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. I also studied Thai Yoga Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand to improve my manual therapy skills.
I want to help you reach your goals - transfer easier, improve your posture, balance, strength, flexibility, gait, and stress reduction techniques.
I have experience working with folks who have all sorts of neurological conditions like Spinal Cord Injuries, ALS, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Brain Injury, Down Syndrome, Visually Impaired, and more. I'm incredibly hands on and love working with clients in-person and virtually. If you require assistance for movement, I can help train your caregiver to stretch and alleviate tension in your body.
