Jacob received the B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2017 and the M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2020. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin with a focus on the use of bimanual coordination for human-operated robotics. His research interests include robotics and haptics for augmented human performance, including robot-assisted surgery, prosthetics and orthotics, and teleoperation.
